I had a great race…3rd out of the water…sat in on Eric Limkemann’s feet( he post’s here on slowtwitch), and then we ended up with about a group of 20-25 off the bike (there was a group of 5 off the front…about 15-20" off the bike)
I had a great transition…came out onto the run in the top 10 overall…and had a great run for me…staying in the top 10 the whole run, until I was passed in the last half mile, and I ended up 10th overall. But, it’s my best overall result this year, and I’ll build on it at Drummondville and Kelowna.
Kick some ass next weekend man…I don’t think I’ll be back to Vic before you leave…

Kick some ass next weekend in Placid…I used some Infinit this weekend (I’d love to be sponsored by them) and I loved it.
No need to take any gels in on the bike…and I had my best run off the bike thus far in ITU style racing this year. I’m looking forward to Cdn Nationals as well as Kelowna Continental Cup later in the year.

Thanks…I had a great race…I was happy with the whole race…kinda got worried when the whole grou- basically came together…but I had a great run…and ended up 10th overall. Super pumped for the whole race!
