Louisvile had power gel by powerbar… I think most NA sports ironman use them as well. Some use gu I’ve seen cliff shots as well at a few.
Just go to any of the ironman sites download the guide and find out or see who’s sponsering…
Almost all now use Gatorade exclusively at least the larger races…
