So, I’m trying to get used to PowerBar gels and was wondering, what are the most common flavors you’ve seen handed out on the run course. I figure I might as well try and use what I’ll probably see.

Last year, at IMFL and the 70.3 Championships, I seemed to keep getting the mocha flavored ones. Didn’t particularly like them, but at the point I was taking them on the run, I didn’t really care how they tasted:)
@ IMLP I ended getting Vanilla and Chocolate. Usually at a given aid station you may not have a choice of flavor so anticipate!

In other words they use the sucky flavors that noone buys.

IMAZ it was like roulette. Never knew what flavor you would get-many different ones handed out.
