If you can find a SRAM 165mm S901/S951 crankset in BB30, you could just switch out the crank arms instead. Only requires a torx wrench to do so. Then you’ll have a spare crankset you could sell off.
Crankset might need recalibration afterwards, so you might be better off sending the crankset back to Quarq for them to do it.
It was quite obvious when I did it myself: remove 3 torx screws, switch spiders with the other crankset, replace torx screws. You’ll understand once you’ve taken a look at the inside of the drive-side crankarm/spider interface.
