how long until yours failed? if it has not failed as gary’s did, how long have you owned it.

what seatpost are you using, and approximate the torque you place on the binder bolt.

what seatpost are you using: thomson elite

and approximate the torque you place on the binder bolt: just tight enough so it does not slip
