I tried the garmin threshold test on my 645 this morning. At the end of the test as I was trying not to puke, the watch stated it wasn’t able to determine my LTHR. Can one of you data geniuses suggest a way to use the file to estimate it myself? I would rather not go that deep again if there’s a way to estimate it without retesting. Appreciate any advice.
You can setup auto detect. Although mine hasn’t detected anything lately, but I don’t go that deep very often…
I had a similar issue with Garmin’s FTP test. I don’t think I will try it again either.
