Maybe instead of bumping and compounding your first error, you could read the rules about where and how to post classifieds.

I will again attempt to do that. The “rules” are all over the place. I am NOT new to forums (dating back to the usenet days), and I know the zeal with which some folks enforce the “rules” and such. I also could write a book on message board personalities.
That said, I have found this site extremely beneficial when it comes to content and tri-related information, but thin on defined processes and organization as far as these boards go. Perhaps I missed the at-your-fingers rules list.
I found a thread that went back-and-forth on what the new “rule” would be, and that particular topic changed direction at least three times. Not sure one should have to read through pages of posts for clear directions on what to do.
So, here’s my post. It’s the best I could manage.
If I made a mistake, I won’t be heartbroken if it’s deleted by the mods. It is not my intention to ruffle the feathers of the authorities here – self-appointed or otherwise.

There’s a link at the top of the thread. It’s called ‘Classifieds’. It has a helpful ‘$$’ icon next to it. Check the rules there. Because there are.

You’re “not new” to forums, you’ve been here nearly six months and you haven’t managed to read the FAQ’s or even notice that there are several links to “classifieds” in prominent places. That smells of “Screw the rules I wanna sell my stuff”.

As Blaine says, whatever. You’re getting free bumps out of it anyway.

Not 100% accurate, but close.

Couldn’t figure our all the hoops through which to jump. A simple “A to B to C” would be nice.
Truth is, until this afternoon I thought it had been successfully posted in Classifieds.

Again, I apologize for the sloppiness. I’m sometimes busier than I’d like to be.
