I’m having trouble with my 810 saving my rides/runs/data. When I go to upload to Training peaks or Strava the ride/run don’t show up on the device or memory card (like it didn’t save).
Initially I thought it was saved to the device however it is not. I did have a glitch the other day when the device just froze up; I turned it off and back on then saved my ride (it did save that ride). It seems like since then it won’t save my rides.
I’ve had this trouble last month; called Garmin and they told me to delete all my data from the device and start over. I really don’t want to keep doing that, shouldn’t have to.
Has anyone ever experienced this and what do I do to correct it?

I would copy all of the Data Files to a known location on your PC and delete them from the Garmin as you were instructed to do. But that’s just me.
I’ve been fooling with it. I deleted all the files and then noticed the time is not correct on the device. Guess it’s just frustrating that this isn’t the first time this has happened to me in less than a month.
