Garmin 310xt compatibly

  1. Is the Garmin 310xt compatible with CC-RD300W Strada Wireless? (If it is then the Garmin sensor is one less thing I have to buy).
  2. And how is the 310x for ease of use with Training Peaks?

  1. unfortunately no, not compatible, you will need to switch over to ANT+ sensors (such as the Garmin speed/cadence you mention) to have the 310xt work with them.

  2. I do all of my running with a 310xt and upload them all to trainingpeaks, either using the Garmin ANT Agent program or the Wahoo Fitness iOS app (requires a ANT+ dongle for the iPhone), so no problem there.
