Oh my God… how did I wash (and almost dry) my Garmin 201 !!!
Man, I know it is supposed to be water resistant…but being bashed around in the washing machine for a full cycle is a different story… crap, it’s probably broken… damn it.
Should I wait for it to dry before testing it ?? Yah, I better… this is going to be a tense couple hours.
Test: Well, it turned on… it locked onto some satellites… let’s go for a run.
Result: Perfect, that’s about right, after 1.5hours, I ran 234 km with an average speed of 156 km/hr…it seems to be working fine.
(no, it worked fine for real… I’m impressed)
