does the carnac strap attach to the outside or instep side? I wear a 10 asics running shoe - will 43.5 be a decent fit. and of course, how much?

Auction House??? I recommend Sotheby’s; they have a great arm that specializes in nothing but mass produced bike parts. ST members might be interested if you’d lower your prices to something reasonable. I just purchased a rear DA derailer for $25; you want $75. What does it do that makes it ?worth $75?
