When I’m training on my Lucero, I’m riding 23’s and the gap between the tire and the curved seat tube is minimal, but when I am racing I’m running 20’s and the gap is more substantial. Yes, I know I can adjust the drop out stops and scoot the wheel in farther to minimize the gap, but I don’t mostly because I am lazy.
Am I losing a big aero advantage by not minimizing this gap and tucking the wheel in tight to the seat tube cut-out?
