You prolly won’t be behind me. This morning I rode with Frankie and Mike Aderhold. They killed me for 35 miles. My legs feel like cement. It kicked my butt. Ouch.
I’ll either be flying or totally flat.
I’m registered to race on Sunday, but can’t due to continuing foot problem. I’m going to pick up my shirt tomorrow (expensive shirt!) and may try to volunteer at the race. I’ll keep an eye out for you. Have fun; I know I would have.
My right knee has been bothering me, but is not bad enough to keep me out of the race. I’ve been icing it every night. So far it is holding together. Maybe Sunday will kill or cure.

Yeah, I rode it this morning- course is FAST but it was chilly. Forecast for tomorrow says sun and 50 degrees at 9:00 AM.
