Fueling up for the day

I’m planning on a long (20km+) run after work today, so I packed my food and headed to the office:

huge bagel w/butter, banana, sparkling fruit juice (breakfast); turkey w/cheese sandwich on wheat bread, leftover seasoned potatoes, apple (lunch); curried turkey pasta w/apples (late afternoon snack).

I feel like I’m going on a camping trip.

I’ve just got my lunch bag stuffed full of pizza slices and strawberries. I ate a powerbar for brunch, and I’m still going to be getting pretty hungry by 3 p.m.
