What do you use?
I tried Spiz and liked it OK.
I have heard of Carbo-pro (?) but can’t find out any info on it
I have also read about a few others. What do you use and where do you find it?
pepsi - circle k or any other convience store. when that is out of the questions I use cytomax fluid replacement drink and carb boom gels.
