Has anyone tried this?

I heard Tom say something about getting some of them in recently but never went beyond that…do they exist beyond promo pics? Or are they vapourware

There was a post here a month or two ago, but an Aussie about his. He loved it!

If you turn it over it says it is made by selle san marco.

It’s pretty darn close to the all ready popular Azoto.

The differences (which are minor) are that:
It’s a little wider in a couple of spots. (Near the base, and nose.)
It has more cushion on the rear. (But the nose doesn’t go as far back.
There a funky little plastic coverings on the back. (They are pretty there to make it look a little more streamlined, I think they just make it look cheap.)
Cro-mo rails as opposed to San Marco titanium. (No real performance difference.)
It’s just slightly shorter than the azoto.
Silver and different. Buy it if it matches your bike, and you want something a little newer and different.
I’ve got the azoto on my bike and I’m in no hurry to switch. It’s basically a little cheaper (but still functional) version of the azoto.

On a side note, installing an Xlab saddlwing is incredibly difficult (near impossible, but not quite) to install thanks to the plastic in the back. There’s simply no room to use your fingers.

they exist - I ordered one yesterday. I bought it because it matches my bike

you may have ordered one…but until you install it on your bike…it doesn’t really exist
.

True… but then again Trisports.com would have to be running a very elaborate scam with fake tracking numbers and all…

I have it on my bike right now. It’s the most comfortable saddle I’ve ridden in the aero position for long periods of time.

One other thing about it, is that it doesn’t have any swoop at the back…so you can scoot back if you like. I understand the Azoto has a flare back there.

Glad to hear you like it - I probably should have solicited opionions before buying it but it looks like no one totally hates it.
