Looking to put a FSA 50t 130 on my DA crank 130. DA 53t Ring is type “B”. Going to keep my 39t DA. I shouldn’t have any problems, should I?
Nope…I swapped out Weaselgrl’s 53/39 to an FSA 50/38 and there was no issue. Just make sure your FD is adjusted properly. Some may say that the Shimano chains do not work as well with non-SuperGlide Shimano rings but I don’t have any negative experiences to report.
I did it with an FSA 54t and an Ultegra crank …worked fine.
