Not sure about the year…'99 maybe? very good condition, but it was a race wheel so it’s not perfect (cosmetic blems only). spins true although the vittoria juniores (in addition to being green and FUGLY) is getting towards the end of it’s life. i’ve got a new conti podium that i could sell if you wanted new rubber.
