I have a like new pair of Zoot Ultra Race shoes that are a half size to large for me. I knew they were too large but still wore them for a quick first run. So they only have 5.2 miles on them (the run was with socks because it was pretty cool out - 45�). I normally wear a 12 in Asics and Brooks and these 12s are too big, so make sure you know Zoot’s 12 is good for you.

I’m surprised that you could even feel your feet when running at -45 degrees let alone tell if the shoes are to big or to small. One of the guys in our riding group tried some new gloves on a cold ride and thought they kept his hands warm…until he got home and they started to warm up. Pretty close to frost bite I’d would say.
