They are new, have had tires and cassette mounted but never ridden. Spoke count 20 front/24 rear, skewers aren’t included, Zipp rim tape is already installed. Currently listed on ebay with a buy it now of $850 plus shipping. Willing to sell here for $800 + shipping.
