I’m selling a very lightly used Yakima Load Warrior roof basket, complete with the extension section. I’ve used it twice since I bought it, and to make matters worse, I’ve sold the vehicle that I used it on… My Jetta can’t really take advantage of this rack, so I guess it’s time to sell it.
It’s been hanging in my garage, seeing no love. I paid over $600 for the set-up ($450 locally (ouch!) for the basket, $120 + shipping for the extension online). I’m asking $325 for the basket and extension.
It measures 39" x 55" x 7" and has the standard Yakima fairing on the front. There are no bars, a-frames, locks; it’s just the basket and the mounting clamps.
I know for certain it’ll fit a Honda Element and a Chevrolet Tahoe without any issues. It looks B.A., and it’ll hold everything plus the kitchen sink. Here are two pictures:

Now for the challenge… I’m not exactly sure how to ship this thing. I definitely don’t have any boxes large enough or robust enough to hold it, so if you have any shipping ideas, let me know. I’d also be willing to meet you somewhere if you’re near to my area… I can drive as far as Tulsa, Springfield (MO), or Little Rock without too much trouble.
$325 + shipping - we just need to figure out how to ship it.
