I have a Wheelbuilder Aero Jacket Disc Cover cut for a Mavic Cosmic Carbone (52mm depth). I have the original instructions, valve hole cover sticker and all fasteners (never used). Rather than using the fasteners, I found using electrical tape around the permitter worked better and held it in place for races. The drive-side cover has some cosmetic scrapping from my cassette from the first time I tested it (as I didn’t install it properly). FWIW, after that I would use duct tape on the inside of the drive side after installing to tape it closer to the spokes and away from the cassette. There is normal duct tape sticky residual on the inside of the drive side (that I am sure you could remove with some Goo Gone if you really even cared.
Asking $50 plus shipping, but price is negotiable within reason. Located in Silicon Valley area. I am selling because I have since acquired a disc wheel. Despite the minor nuisance of installing, this is basically disc-wheel speed for a fraction of the cost.
