I have a brand new set of Vision bars that were a “take-off” from a new Cervelo P3C . These bars have some original plastic wrapping on them,smudges from being taped, and have a mark where they were clamped in the stem, but were never used for a ride. on a scale of 1-10 I’d rate them a 9.5 The bars have a flat black finish as supplied to Cervelo, rather than the shiny black bars on the Vision website.
