Selling this set of Velocity wheels. 700c
Unmarked black hubs, rear is flip/flop. with black spokes.
Front has non-machined rim but previous owner used it with a front brake, so the obvious markings.
Also, some small nicks in paint as well. Not perfect condition, but great for your budget fixie project.
