Surely this can’t be for STI shifters…can it?

Yes they are 2008 Shimano Ultegra 10 STI shifters with 10 speed rear derailleur and front derailleur.

I bought them from someone that had just bought a new road bike but wanted to go with Sram at the time. I put them on my third bike and have barely used them.
