No, no changes

Thanks Rich. Just bought a copy.

Rich - I recently bought a used Powertap and used computrainer. The problem is that I have no idea what I am doing with the things other than using Watts as another form/derivative of a speedometer. I find a wattage that I am comfortable with and try to hold it steady. Is your program geared toward Powertap/computrainer and how to get files out of it etc. along with power related advice in general? Apparently I am thick enough that I need step by step instructions on the “What to do’s” and “How to do it’s”. If so, can I get your webinar at $39 today? Is it a download that can be saved and referred back to when needed? Thanks in advance.

What this product is: everything you want, need, must know about training and racing triathlons with a powermeter. 4+hrs of podcasts, presentation slides, additional written content, a race wattage calculator, etc. Stoopid detailed and easy to understand. What this product is not: an owners manual for your PT, SRM, CT, how to download/manage data in WKO+ or other software, etc.
Your PT and CT are only as valuable as how well you know how to train and race with power (#1) and your commitment to learning what buttons to push, how to manage your data, etc (#2). In other words, you need to commit to doing some work between the ears, otherwise you have a $1500 Cateye sitting on your bars…just sayin’
