Sram red 22, 11 speed. Everything but the cassette has barely new used. Cassette was used for a full season. No issues with anything.

Front derailleur, braze on w/ chain guard $90 shipped

Rear derailleur, standard cage. $210 shipped

1190 11.26 x-glide cassette $185 shipped

Would I have to change the crank if I upgraded to 11 speed?

Theoretically, yes, although many have had fine success keeping a 10 speed crank.

I do but not at those prices.

I can get new RD here cheaper. so I’d give you $150 for the used one
New FD here so I’d give you $60 for that

Anyway I’d give you $300 for all of it but I understand if you think you can do better.
