These wheels are fast, smooth, and light; however, life circumstances requires money now (hit-and-run plus home insurance deductible makes for hard times) and these are my biggest investment NOT getting used! The wheels include all original manuals, spoke tools, wheel magnet, and skewers. Rim tape is installed.
