Is the speedsuit USAT/WTC legal?

It is legal for USAT and is also WTC legal through Sept. 2010, when the new rule kicks in. You could race Louisville in it this year, but not next year. It says it is FINA approved on the suit, but I don’t know exactly what than means for competitive swimming.
