The Frame was made up with saddle, aerobars and groupset before the buyer changed their mind!
It has never been ridden or had wheels put on.

The seat post clamp is tight and you can see from the photos attached where it mas marked the paint - as said it is a tight fit.
There is a very slight blemish on the left rear stay - my finger is pointing to this in the photos.
