Bought new in April, used for 1 HIM and a couple of training rides. Shimano compatible.
Please note this is the 2011 model, huge difference from 2010 in terms of smooth yet grippy braking. I’ve owned 2010 model and the new surface treatment that Reynolds uses is best in class combined with the cryoblue brake pads. Scored top marks in a Roadbike or Cyclingnews test against Zipp, Easton, Shimano. Maybe I can find the article, believe it was from February.
The set weighs 1568 grams on my scale and comes with skewers, brake pads and rim tape installed. No tires, no cassette.

how hard is it to change these to campy?
As easy/difficult as any other wheel which I would say in these modern bike times is pretty easy. I might be able to get you a campy hub body but it will be a couple of weeks.
Decals can be removed for that Stealth look the kids want these days.
