Most aero brake ever designed* - reported to save you 0.5 s km, and/or 5 W in power output, at race speeds when mounted on the front of your bike. In very good condition. Intended for use on front (or under b.b.), but can be mounted on rear seat stays of, e.g., a P3C with a little ingenuity (let me know if this is the intended application and I can provide some assistance). It will fit on the front of any standard fork. OTOH, mounting it on the rear stays or under the b.b. would take a bit of ingenuity (although it can be done).
