includes the CPU, handlebar mount, cradle and zip ties. I do have the little padded Powertap box w/ instructions and a CD if you want that for some reason, but updated software is available on the Cycleops website.
one tiny little scratch on the screen if you hold it under a light at the right angle, but nothing you even notice out on the road. Probably an 8 out of 10 cosmetically and perfectly functional. LCD screen and buttons are perfect. It is USED but in imaculate condition.
