I am selling a used Hed Jet 90 C2 rear wheel with a Shimano compatible freehub. The wheel is in like-new condition, and has around 300 miles (1 IM, 1 HIM, 2 Oly, and a short practice ride or two before each race). The wheel decal is the 2008 style that looks like “HED. // Jet” with red between the slashes, though they’re easily removable. Other than the 300 miles or so of use, this wheel has been sitting safety in its wheelbag in my basement, and I’m only selling because I just ordered a Powertap, which I am installing in a training wheel.
The price for this wheel new is $825, so I’d sell for $650 shipped in the US. Hed skewer included, but not cassette, tire, or tube.

Any chance on posting a picture of the wheel?
I will post one this afternoon.
Is this the “skinny” version of the C2 or the standard width? (according to HED, they make a skinny version of the C2 with thinner carbon fairing that will fit the Cervelo P2C/P3; normal width C2 is apparently too tight between the chainstays). I’ve got a P2C so I need skinny. Thanks.
I did not request the skinny version, so I’d assume the wheel is the regular. Any idea what the difference in measurement would be? I can try to measure the wheel if that my help.
You have to ask for the “skinny” version specifically from Hed as they don’t send it by default and from what I’ve heard the difference is only a mm or so, but it makes a difference with the P2C. I’ll have to pass, but based on other Hed Jet C2 postings in this forum (I’ve watched all of them for the past 3 months or so), you won’t have any difficulty selling this wheel. Good luck.
Bump for lower price -$700 shipped. That’s $125 off retail, with no tax and free shipping.
Much as I want this wheel, the wife has said I’ve spent enough on Tri equipment lately, looks like I’ll be renting wheels for my big races this year.
Bump for lower price - now $675 including shipping.
Bumped for a new, even lower price: $650 shipped in the US!
Hello
I’m interested in this rear wheel. Do you still have it around?
I’d like the measurement of the widest part of the wheel and a measurement of how far below(above) the edge of the rim this occurs as measured from the outside so I can check that it fits through my seatstays.
Did you request stallion build when the wheel was ordered? I’m flirting with the 190 lb threshold where they recommend a stallion build.
I am in Canada but presume this is not an issue if I pay the extra shipping cost.
