Chinese Wheels where the rims, hubs, and spokes where all ordered from china by my local bike shop. The mechanic at my local bike shop hand built the wheels. They are 10 speed and I put HED decals on them. Great wheels there are some scratches but nothing that affects performance and no cracks. Tires and Skewers included. $300 gifted takes them shipped. Just trying to unload some stuff I have had for a while.
