No fork, have not found the seat post yet. This frame was built up and has “shop miles” only on it +/- 20mi.
Frame was torn down for some reason - there are some small chips in the paint behind where the chain rings will be, not deep, just there.
Make an offer. You may be shocked how cheap you can get this frame.

Yes, that is infact “Wild Bill”…he may just up and ride again…it is an honor to spend a few hours a day with the man. He and Val are just wonderful people.
Bill’s a great guy. I used to live in Chicago and would sometimes walk to Mission Bay at lunchtime to look at bikes. If you caught Bill in the right mood, he was quite a talker. Funny guy.
Only Bill and a few others can share stories such as eating PB&J in his basement with Gerard and Phil, Emilio, Dan, Kenny, Paul, Lon as well as many other icons of the sport. He knows all of the players - and as much respect as he has for them, they do for him. Well, all but for some guy named Monty ;-)…I guess Val and Monty once drove to interbike together…
