Is this for wheels only or all things in pic’s?

this would be for everything in the pictures…sorry about that, and the cassette shown is an 11-23 dura ace 9spd and is thrown in if someone requests is because not everybody has a use for it and I may eventually find a reason why i’d need it. thanks
