What is your height and weight?
im 5’9" 160lbs. Ive used this suit both at 155lbs and 160lbs and fits great.
According to the blue seventy website a Men’s med will fit: 5’8"- 6’1"…162lbs-187lbs

So do you ware a tri suit under this and take it off like a wetsuit? All the races I will want to do are going to be borderline wetsuit temps.
yes. You can wear a tri suit or a 2 piece (your choice) and then you would throw this on over it. Unlike a wetsuit that MAY be a hassle to take off, for those non wetsuit legal races this is a great alternative to reduce your drag in the water. And it comes off extremely easy (easier than a wetsuit)
