I have two “Best Young Rider” jerseys from the 2007 Tour de Georgia. Both jerseys are new with tags in their original packaging. They have never been worn or washed. These jerseys are made by Hincapie Sportswear. They are a size M (MEDIUM) and they have a snug fit. I found this sizing chart on Hincapie Sportswear’s site.
