I am switching to a 700c bike and never used these new wheels I bought on ebay for my 650c bike. There are Vittoria Corsa EVO CX tires glued on to the rims and these are included. No skewers are included. I will sell these for exactly what I bought them for - $1300, plus $40 for shipping. I live in Philadelphia and work in Baltimore, so I can deliver these as well if you are close.
