I have one more “Best Young Rider” jersey from the 2007 Tour de Georgia. This jersey is new with tags in its original packaging. It has never been worn or washed. This jerseys are made by Hincapie Sportswear. It is a size M (MEDIUM) and it has a snug fit. I found this sizing chart on Hincapie Sportswear’s site.

Here is a picture of the remaining jersey. Yes, it is short sleeved. The jersey is considered to be a Mens jersey but I always think of jersey fittings as being pretty much unisex so it should fit a lady just fine.
