From IM CA to IM FL - training plans?

Need a 8-9 week training plan to get me race ready for IM FL, having just completed IM CA (where I was 7 minutes short of qualifying). Anyone know of any standard/pkg plans out there that cover this type of “bridge” training from one IM to another?

Thanks.

I know one - take it easy till 3rd of November
That’s actually what Stefan Vookovich said few years ago when he got second in IMC and then 10th in Kona.
Unless one is totally novice in triathlon and can’t figure-out what to do, I would not follow any plan, at least it has to be very flexible - who may predict how is your body doing… I doing same thing - IMC-IMFL this year - thinking to take it very easy first 4 weeks, then 3 weeks of moderate (less intensity then before first Ironman (Canada), 3 weeks taper, but most important is to listen to your body (and hopefully hearing it and understanding what to do with that feelings : )
There is a lot of factors one have to take in consideration - how old are you (recovery speed) what was your season looked like before IMC (did you race a lot and was in good shape for a while before the race) your base in sport (how long and how much you trained) etc.
looks like main thing is to keep moving in easy mode (could be long but, not intense)
