In the spirit of paying it forward, I have a copy of Joe Friel’s book “Your First Traithlon” that I am willing to mail to a needy St’er free of charge. I got the book as a present when I was prepping for my first Tri and figured someone else could use it as well. Please make sure it’ll be used and not collected simply as a “freebie.”
Email me at BobV@aol.com and I’ll get it to you.
