This Saturday, Kuota will be kicking off their recent realtionship with B&L in Solona Beach and their new store in San Diego. B&L is having their grand opening for their new location on Saturday, November 18th.
B&L will be leading a ride from the north store to the south store, approx 20 miles with a free breakfast at the end!
KUOTA is excited to be teaming up with the energetic and friendly staff of B&L and look for them to launch us into the road and tri market, locally and nationally.
Unfortunatley, I will be working at the El tour de Tucson for the grand opening…Being a Specialized store, I wonder if Peter Reid will be there???
go to www.blbikes.com to get all of the details of the ride and breakfast.
The new store is incredible. Its a Specialized concept store, but is also carrying Kuota, Bianchi, BMC, and other top brands. They have a ton of stuff and a fantastic location next to Old Town, Point Loma and Downtown San Diego. They recruited some of the best wrenches in town (one is a former USAC national team mech). Most important, B&L has always been a strong supporter in the local community and is involved with local race series, Challenged Athletes Foundation, a number of local clubs, and a strong team of athletes. I’m biased, but I think if you check it out you will like what you see. See you on the 18th!
P.S. Here’s some trivia- Stadler’s Kona winning bike was assembled at B&L Solana Beach (see the cover of the new Inside Triathlon)…
For god’s sake Jim, what makes you think you’re worthy of sponsorship just because you won Xterra and ITU World Championships and last week placed 3rd in the pro division at IM Florida? Someone sponsor this kid already! He needs to eat. Too skinny as it is…

I watched your race via IM LIVE. Great job!!! Your focus is amazing! Sure wish I had it.
I spoke with Richoff today re: your race in Florida.
We can discuss putting you on one of our hogs, for sure! Give me a shout. 619-726-6995
Click on http://www.kuota.it/ Go to road bikes. Click on Kredo. Although it is not the Kalibur, it has the same paint job. Unfortunatley, I still have no idea on how to post an image, or else I would ass the one I have.
Kuota will also be able to duplicate Normann’s record setting paint job. Just ask your local bike shop.
peaking of the KAHN, Sierra Nevada/Kodak Gallery will be riding KUOTA this year. Half of the boys will be on the Kahn and the other half on the KREDO. They will also have a few KOMs(860gm -med) for the climbing stages.
