So, I am looking for either a cycling route or a website with some good routes somewhere outside of Austin that would be a short-ish drive. I just want a little change of scenery and a lot less traffic… I still want to go to Marfa, but I need just a quickie trip for this weekend.

It has a good collection route maps in/around Fredricksburg.
There are some nice routes out in the Georgetown/Florence/Jarrell area. Long roads, not too much traffic. mapmyride.com will give you some ideas if you enter Georgetown, TX and then look for routes in that area.
