Freaking Active.com

I know that it is a garbage in, garbage out error but my “password” is incorrect for IMWisco…not possible unless the data entry was done incorrectly when I signed up/paid. Now, that part I understand but my frustration is that there is no recourse except to send a message to the Active.com general “support” e-mail box.
I would have hoped that they would have had a dedicated e-mail address to deal with a time sensitive entry such as IMWisco…

Any thoughts on how I can resolve this??

Don’t sign in and just register as a “guest”?

Same thing happened to a friend this year. He got an email response and got it resolved the same day. They had entered his birthday wrong.

I had a username/password problem with active about a year ago. I found a phone number and was able to resolve it over the phone (no, I dont remember the number).

I had a similar issue when trying to sign up for IMLP. It kept kicking me out and saying my password was incorrect. So, I sent them a message and it was resolved within a day or two as they issued me a new password. Problem is, it still will not let me register even for a community fund slot. It keeps saying my password or username is incorrect. I gave up and actually found a better deal going through Multisports where I get a coaching program along with the registration.

It will be OK. I am sure the issue can be worked out in the next 340 days or so you have until the race.

The only thing that really sucks about active.com is that I do not own it!

Same here. I contacted them, changed the password etc, still can’t get in. So I do the guest thing.

I’ve had other issues with Active and can’t get a phone #. I have a problem any internet co that does have easy access to a phone #.
