I know that a pro can do a nice job re-painting a frame-- and we have all seen the pictures. My question is— can an old Moutain bike frame be painted with regular spray paint and look decent. I love my old mt. bike but it is looking pretty bad— I was wondering if anyone had painted their own frame with normal spray paint and clear finish. If so, what were the results, and do you have any advice.
