I have a frame for sale that is designed to fit a taller rider from about 6’1" to about 6’4". It is an Independent Fabrication XS frame. The semi sloping top tube allows a wider fit. I have plenty of details here as well as full measurements and a photo:

Wow, four pages in one day. This place does go fast.
Just a note. WHne this bike was built, it was with the request that it climb like a scalded cat. Very stiff bottom bracket and rear end, but it still has a good ride.
