What are your May goals?

My April goal was no use of a particular unhealthy coping skill. I used it once. I am currently at 6 days in a row without it, and 113/120 days of the year without it.

May goal is not to use the particular unhealthy coping skill. I have steadily decreased the amount I used it but want a whole calendar month! I can do it!
