He won’t win le Tour, since he can’t stay with Contador on Mont Ventoux. But I think he can ride a better TT. 1:50 better, probably not, but Contador could have a bad day.

Will any of the GC contenders try to gain some time on the Tuesday or Wednesday stages? If they simply follow each others wheels on those two stages, Thursday could be interesting. However, if Contador can extend his lead, then it will truly be (just about) game over.
The Schlecks and Sastre will have to try to gain time tomorrow and wednesday, since in all likelhood Contador will extend his lead over those guys in Annecy. He’s the best TT rider amongst the pure climbers. I don’t think they’ll be successful though, with Kloden and Armstrong riding tempo for Contador 
i think they will try but we won’t know they tried because astana will keep an un-attackable pace at the front =)
